How to Perform
1Set up a 20x20 meter grid with cones, divided into four quadrants.
2Divide players into two teams of 4-5 players each.
3One team starts in two quadrants, while the other team starts in the remaining two quadrants.
4The objective is for one team to maintain possession and move the ball to the adjacent quadrant.
5Players can only move the ball by running with it or passing to teammates.
